Designed for the Yamaha MIO CVT system, this Big Trace Variator Pulley Set features a redesigned pulley and wider roller groove geometry to accommodate 18×14L roller weights — compared to the 15×12L rollers used in the standard MIO variator. This dimensional change alters the CVT expansion characteristics and allows for a different range of CVT tuning configurations when paired with varying 18×14L roller weight specifications. The variator pulley is machined to 112mm outer diameter with a 24mm inner diameter. The matching fan plate measures 112mm in outer diameter. Total assembled set weight is approximately 570g. Note: 18×14L roller weights are not included and must be sourced separately.
