Installation Notes

• Verify cover clearance for the 100 mm pulley/fan and confirm belt width/length; note ID 18 mm crank fit.

• Start with current roller weights; adjust in ±0.5–1.0 g steps to reach target RPM.

• Keep pulley faces clean and dry; follow service manual on ramp-plate lubrication (do not grease belt contact areas).

• Torque the variator nut to spec; hand-rotate to confirm no rubbing, then road-test and inspect belt climb marks.
