KR150 O-Ring Ceramics Cylinder Kit (1855)

Ceramic Exterior. O-Ring Sealed. Built for Rebuilds.

Designed for the Kawasaki KR150 and ZX150 engine, this cylinder kit features a ceramic-coated exterior and an O-ring upper seal in place of a conventional cylinder head gasket. The 59mm inner bore is precision-machined with an outer sleeve diameter of 74±0.2mm. The upper O-ring sealing design allows for repeated cylinder head removal and reassembly without replacing a head gasket each time, making it suited for modified engine configurations that require frequent adjustment. The lower end retains a conventional base gasket. RIK piston rings are included for consistent bore fitment. All components are supplied together for a complete cylinder assembly.
